Caroling at 12:00 pm
Tuesday, December 16: Blue Night Service at 5:30 pm. This worship service honors and acknowledges that some of us feel "blue" during the holidays and creates space for sorrow, loss, and grief while leaning on the love of God that we find in Jesus. Fellowship dinner immediately following.
Sunday, December 28: One Worship service at 10:15 am ONLY.
Sunday, January 4: Epiphany (both services)
Morning Service 10 am breakfast provided by the church, 10:20 am worship service
Jazz Service 7 pm
Communion Service 9 pm
Children are welcome at all services. Nursery Care will only be available at the 7 pm Jazz Service.
Your Christmas shopping can provide a meaningful item to your loved one and support ministries making a tangible difference in our community and the world. We have a beautiful assortment of handmade items from members of our congregation, including art, quilts, crocheted items, jams and jellies, handcrafted wood benches, and more. Shopping for these gifts, as well as acts of service, is available on Sunday mornings on December 7 and 14. Plan to attend a special Christmas for a Cause concert on December 7 at 3:00 pm. New Year Worship series: The Gospel of Luke
Silent Retreat: Saturday, January 3 from 2:00-5:00pm - take a break from the busyness of life. Stay afterwards for communion to break the silence, along with a lite dinner and a time of reflection.
Living Well, Dying Well Workshop Series: Wednesdays, January 7 - February 25 from 11:00am-12:00pm. Workshops will provide resources and support to you in caring for a parent, your partner, or yourself.
Bible 101 and 102: These are basic classes in reading the Bible through the lens of the “Wesleyan Quadrilateral”. We learn about how we ask questions of and engage with the sacred text. We learn about resources to use when studying the scriptures. This is open to anyone.
